What do You Charge for Your Full Property Management Package?
Our pricing is based off a number of things, such as; location, property size, how many properties/units you own, expectations, etc. We would love to answer all of your questions in detail, so please don't hesitate to reach out via our contact page or by giving us a call!
What Services Do You Provide?
Well, we like to think that we do it all. If we don't offer the service or can't we have a list of contacts that can help! To name a few services we offer; Property/Listing Consulting, Interior Design, Full Setup, Monthly Supply Runs, Maintenance, Managing Cleaners, Working with and Messaging Guests and so much more!
Do You Offer A La Carte Services?
We try to help any and all investors. However, we give priority to our full end-to-end management clients. Please reach out to us for the availability of a la carte services.
Do You Manage Long Term Rentals?
We do! We don't typically advertise it as we focus on short-term and midterm rentals. But we do offer services for long-term rentals on a case-by-case basis. We have a team specifically for our long term rentals!
Do you do setup and design?
Yes yes yes! It is one of our favorite things to do. We have onboarded lots of units that were empty or needed renovation. Our design team is led by KiKi. She will go through the space and fully design each and every room.
