At Brentwood we know Short Term Rentals. We started in 2022 and are excited for the years to come. Our founder Gabe Chase has been in real estate for a little over 3 years. It wasn't until 2021 he decided to try out short term rentals. We started with our own short term rental property and have quickly grown to managing others. We have also staged and set up a handful of properties for other investors! 

Our goal is to either help you start your short term rental from the ground up or optimize it and manage it to maximize not only your occupancy but also your profit! We do it all, such as; setup, supply shopping, maintenance, boots on the ground, consulting, etc.
