At Brentwood, we know property management. We started in 2022 and are excited for the years to come. Our founder Gabe Chase has been in real estate since he was 18. We began by setting up and designing STR units for other investors and quickly realized there was a need for STR property management. That's when we acquired our first few units under our management. Since then we have added on lots and lots of units and grown our design side of the business. We offer full end-to-end management, starting with designing each new unit we bring on. We started with just short term rentals and have now grown to manage; Short Term, MidTerm and Long Term rentals! However, STR and MTR are our bread and butter!
